Get to know our area

We often refer to Chase as the heart of the South Thompson / Okanagan area, as it seems to be right in the middle of everything. Here in Chase you are able to relax & aviod some of the seasonal high traffic areas of the Okanagan. Here you can getaway & enjoy all the benifits of the area without all the commotion. A short scenic drive gets you to some of the hotest spots around and many great seasonal adventure opportunities are found right on your doorstep. Our B&B is loaded with information on what's going on in-and-around Our Town. If you are looking for something specific and do not see it please let us know and we will do our best to find it for you.

Now home to The Chase Chiefs hockey team! Walking distance to the Sunshore 9 hole golf course and more hiking trails than you can imagine. Mountain Sheep are almost always spotted just off the highway overlooking Chase.

It doesn’t stop with summer fun …Chase is full of winter wonder as well, with its small town charm and friendly locals there is always something to do in or around town. Christmas is enchanting with the Chase Country Christmas that features a variety of events that include the local Parade..The CPR holiday Christmas Train is always a fun event.The BC Wild Life Park presents WILD LIGHTS during the winter season as well as many other events throughout the year and is alway lots of fun. Crow foot mountain …famous for it amazing snowmobiling offers what seems like never ending trails.Kilometres of well groomed excellent terrain, and many other great places around for winter fun.

Some of the best cross country skiing is located at Skmana Lake, 14 km. from downtown Chase. There are 15 km of groomed and track set trails ranging from beginners to advanced. (No trail user fee) visitors welcome.Head towards Kamloops and enjoy the day at the ever so popular Sun Peaks Resort.Family friendly Harper Mountain! A short commute to Vernon and you are at Silver Star.
